Al LaCroix
Our founder, Al LaCroix, has an MBA (Finance) from the University of Chicago and has worked in management for several large companies, including Abbott Laboratories and Kraft Food. Al left corporate employment in 1991 to bring his knowledge and expertise to helping companies of all sizes develop critical decision support systems.
Mark LaCroix
Mark LaCroix, with his expertise in relational database management systems and end-to-end application development, joined DSS in 2007. Mark has developed and supports many innovative web-based systems that have proven their value by significantly reducing operating costs in different industries. Mark is also our database administrator (DBA) and key technical resource. Mark is located in Chicago.
In 2008, Maulik Shah, joined our company. Maulik is a Certified Supply Chain Professional and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Maulik, a resident of Ohio, also directs our off-shore contingent of Oracle analysts and DBAs.
Carlos Urdaneta became our associate in late 2008 as a Senior Financial Analyst with deep knowledge of corporate reporting systems. Carlos has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a master’s in Finance, complemented with eight years of experience in management positions at Procter & Gamble in Venezuela, the UK, and Canada. Carlos hails from Caracas and currently resides in Toronto.
